The Town of Bedford Housing & Redevelopment Authority is currently providing property repair grants to low-income Town residents to be used to pay costs for repairs and improvements which will remove identified health or safety hazards. This is a one-time grant that does not require repayment. All applicants must meet the criteria set forth in the Property Repair Grant Policy.
