The Town of Bedford is now using Tyler Payments for your convenience! Simply select the type of bill you wish to pay and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Pay your Town of Bedford Utility bill. We do have an outside independent service called Paymentus. This service is not free. Paymentus will charge a convenience fee of $4.95 for each utility transaction (maximum bill of $1000). Please note that the fee is charged by the payment provider (Paymentus) and not the Town of Bedford. You can use Paymentus by visiting our NEW Bedford Electric Online Utility Billing and Payment System at: Customer Connect Website or you can call 1-833-970-2238.
NOTE: You can recover a lost password or username for your utility billing account by clicking on the links provided in the login area of the Customer Connect web site as shown below.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments - the same fee is charged for phone, online & in person payments
- Cash/Check/Money Orders are accepted in person, by mail or in the Town of Bedford Night Box. Please note that Night Box Payments must be in the box before 8:00 a.m. to be processed the same day. If the payment is placed in the box after 8:00 a.m. it will not be processed until the next day.
- We do accept billpay through your Bank's online bill payment system. However, please allow ample time for the payment to be delivered by the Post Office as the Treasurer's office does not accept postmark dates on utility bills.
- You MUST have an account number or SSN to make a utility or personal property tax payment.
- Have a capable web browser: Internet Explorer version 10.0 or higher.
- Have a valid credit/debit card
- Fill out all of the required information as denoted by a *.
