The Bedford School-to-School Area Plan is an integrated grassroots initiative that aims to showcase, enhance, and rediscover the town’s greatest assets. The steering committee and planning team will work with community members over the next few months to create a vision for the Bridge Street corridor – from the historic Bedford High School, on the north end to the historic Susie G. Gibson High School on the south end.
The plan will build upon Bedford’s rich traditions of education, architectural heritage, thriving arts and culture, natural beauty, and vibrant economy. This participatory process will result in the development of strategic initiatives to promote a vital community in which to live and work.
