Bedford Main Street, Inc. has made notification to the Town of Bedford Town Council that it will no longer be hosting Centerfest, its annual fall street festival event, starting immediately. While this event is not a function of the Town, resources by way of in-kind support have historically been provided by the Town to help ensure a successful event. Town Council is favorable to providing the same in-kind support for any community service organization that would consider taking up the operational oversight of the festival to continue the tradition of this event with the Town limits.
